This study analyzes the impact of welfare policies on reducing economic and
social inequality through domestic and international cases. The results show that welfare
policies play a crucial role in poverty reduction and promoting equality, ensuring social
stability and common welfare. However, the effectiveness of welfare policies can be
limited by factors such as corruption and political instability. To reduce inequality,
increased investment in social welfare programs, improved governance and accountability,
and policy customization are necessary. This study suggests that welfare policies can
contribute to reducing inequality and emphasizes the importance of policy efforts for
effective welfare policy design and implementation.
