초록

최근, 드론 기술의 발전은 현대 전장에서 큰 변화를 가져오고 있으며, 북한의 드론 위협은 한국 의 국가안보에 심각한 도전이다. 북한은 드론을 정보수집과 기습공격에 활용하고 있어, 한국은 강력한 방어체계를 구축할 필요가 있다. 우-러 전쟁 사례를 통해 드론 위협에 대비한 국가중요시설의 대드론 체계 구축 필요성을 확인할 수 있다. 한국은 AI 기반 자율 방어 시스템, 통합 다층 복합방호체계, 드론 요격 무기 개발 등을 통해 효과적으로 대응해야 한다. 효과적인 대드론 체계 구축은 필수적이며, 탐지 및 추적 시스템 고도화와 통합 지휘 통제 시스템 구축이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 국제 협력도 강화해야 하 며, 결론적으로 한국은 북한 드론 위협에 대한 경각심을 갖고 지속적인 기술 발전과 군사혁신을 통해 강력한 민･관･군･경･소방이 통합된 국가중요시설 대드론 방어체계를 마련해야 한다.

Recently, advancements in drone technology have brought about great changes in the modern battlefield, and North Korea's drone threat poses a serious challenge to South Korea's national security. North Korea is using drones for intelligence gathering and surprise attacks, so South Korea needs to build a strong defense system. Through the case of the U.S.-Russia war, we can confirm the need to build a counter-drone system for National key infrastructure to prepare for drone threats. Korea must respond effectively through the development of an AI-based autonomous defense system, an integrated multi-layer complex defense system, and drone interception weapons. Building an effective counter-drone system is essential, supported by the enhancement of detection and tracking systems, as well as the establishment of integrated command and control systems. Strengthening international cooperation is also vital. Ultimately, South Korea must maintain a heightened awareness of the threats posed by North Korean drones, and through continuous technological advancement and military innovation, establish a strong counter-drone defense system for national key infrastructure that integrates civilian, military, law enforcement, and firefighting resources.
