Science refers to systematic knowledge aimed at discovering universal truths or laws, while technology refers to the methods and means of applying science to make human life more useful. When these two concepts are combined, science and technology refer to the means of applying natural sciences, applied sciences, engineering, and the like to make human life more useful. In this way, science and technology are the key driving forces behind the transformation of future societies, and they are the most important assets for our country, which lacks natural resources, to achieve the desired future. Furthermore, the industrial revolutions that have brought about innovative scientific and technological advancements and changes in social and economic structures have demonstrated how countries leading in science and technology have prospered. As evidenced by the COVID-19 pandemic, countries that have prepared for the future and those that have not show clear differences in their ability to cope with unforeseen crises. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate strategies for responding to future changes in science and technology.참고문헌 (0)
