초록

본 연구는 증가하는 드론 위협으로부터 국가 핵심기반시설을 효과적으로 보호하기 위한 새로운 시설 분류체계와 방어 우선순위 결정 방법론을 제시한다. 기존의 물리적 보안 중심의 시설 보호체계는 드론의 소형화, 고성능화, 군집공격 등 새로운 위협에 대응하기에 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 물리적 취약성, 시설 상호연계성, 복구 난이도라는 3대 핵심 평가요소를 기반으로 새로운 시설 분류체계를 개 발하였다. 또한 방어 우선순위 결정을 위한 객관적이고 체계적인 접근을 제공하고자 계층분석기법 (AHP)과 이상적 해 유사도 기반 선호도 순서화 기법(TOPSIS)을 결합한 통합 평가방법론을 제시하였 다. 본 연구의 결과는 제한된 국가 자원의 효율적 배분과 핵심기반시설별 방어 전략 수립에 기여할 것 으로 기대된다.

The characteristics of various types of unmanned aerial vehicles (drons) linked to aerospace engineering and how drones can be used for each type were analyzed. The scope of the study focused on the structural characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of space exploration drones, space orbit drones, royal wingman drones, stratospheric drones, navigation safety facility inspection drones, and aircraft inspection drones. It also discussed the development direction of drone technology and the changes, opportunities, and challenges of drones linked to aerospace engineering. As a result of the study, each type of drone plays a diverse and important role in aerospace engineering, and its scope of use is expected to expand further with the development of artificial intelligence, autonomous flight, and swarm technology.
