초록

한국 해군의 해양안보 인프라 확충이 동북아시아와 인도-태평양 지역의 안보 구도에 미치는 영 향을 분석하고, 실효성 있는 지역협력 강화 방안을 도출하였다. 특히 호르무즈 해협의 긴장 상황과 남중 국해에서의 불안정성 심화, 북한의 SLBM 위협 등 복합적인 해양안보 도전에 직면한 상황에서, 한국 해군의 전략적 역할 확대가 시급함을 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 차세대 구축함과 경항공모함 확보, 무인수 중체계 개발 등 핵심전력 증강과 함께, 인공지능 기반 수중감시체계와 해양정보 통합플랫폼 구축 등 기 술혁신이 필수적임을 도출하였다. 또한 아세안 확대 국방장관회의와 인도양연합 등 다자간 협력체계 참 여 확대와 한미동맹을 기반으로 한 양자협력 심화가 상호보완적으로 추진되어야 함을 제시하였다.

analyzes the impact of the Republic of Korea Navy’s maritime security infrastructure enhancement on the security architecture of Northeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific region, while developing effective measures to strengthen regional cooperation. Particularly, in the face of complex maritime security challenges including tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, increasing instability in the South China Sea, and North Korea’s SLBM threats, the study confirms the urgency of expanding the ROK Navy’s strategic role. The findings indicate that core force enhancement, including next-generation destroyers, light aircraft carriers, and unmanned underwater systems development, along with technological innovations such as AI-based underwater surveillance systems and integrated maritime information platforms, are essential. Furthermore, the study suggests that multilateral cooperation through ADMM-Plus and IORA, combined with strengthened bilateral cooperation based on the ROK-US alliance, should be pursued complementarily.
