초록

본 연구는 급증하는 드론 위협에 대응하기 위한 방공자산 운용 최적화 모델을 제안한다. 드론의 저 고도 침투와 드론 스웜 공격 등 새로운 위협 양상에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해, 마르코프 결정 과정 (MDP)과 강화학습을 결합한 의사결정 지원 체계를 설계하였다. 제안된 모델은 드론의 탐지-추적-요격 과정을 상태 전이로 정의하고, 방공자산의 실시간 운용 정책을 최적화하는 방법론을 제시한다. 특히 레이 더 센서와 요격 체계의 제한된 자원을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해, 다양한 작전 환경 변수와 불확실성을 고려한 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축하였다. 본 연구는 실무적 관점에서 방공 작전의 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 이론적 기반을 마련하였으며, 향후 실전 운용을 위한 확장 가능성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study proposes an optimization model for air defense asset operations to counter increasing drone threats. To effectively respond to emerging threats such as low-altitude infiltration and drone swarm attacks, we designed a decision support system that combines Markov Decision Process (MDP) and reinforcement learning. The proposed model defines the drone detection-tracking-interception process as state transitions and presents a methodology for optimizing real-time operational policies of air defense assets. In particular, to efficiently utilize limited resources of radar sensors and interception systems, we established a simulation environment that considers various operational environmental variables and uncertainties. This research has significance in providing a theoretical foundation that can enhance the efficiency of air defense operations from a practical perspective, while suggesting potential extensions for actual deployment.
